Six Flags is set to debut its new Harry Potter film in Australia later this year, with the film set to be shown at the Six Flags theme park in Sydney.
Six Flags Australia has already confirmed that Harry Potter: The Cursed Child will premiere in Sydney on January 12.
It is not known when the movie will air in the country.
It has been revealed that Harry and Hermione Potter will be appearing in the film as part of the park’s Harry Potter Nights.
The film will be released in both Australian and English language versions, and will feature a host of familiar faces from the film including Peter Pettigrew, James Potter, Dumbledore and the Chamber of Secrets.
In the movie, Harry and his friends are sent on a trip to Hogwarts where they must save the world.
The Cursed Child is directed by the late Harry Potter director Peter Pettighave and stars Emma Watson as Hermione Granger, Rupert Grint as Harry Potter, Emma Watson and Peter Capaldi as Draco Malfoy.
It will be produced by Warner Bros and is the first of a new series of films set to air on the theme park chain in the US.
The Harry Potter franchise was first released in 1997, and has become a global phenomenon, spawning a franchise of films, merchandise and books.
The movie will be the seventh film in the series.
